# Directions:
01 - Combine ground chicken, grated carrot, sliced green onions, minced garlic, soy sauce, sesame oil, black pepper, salt, and sugar in a bowl. Mix thoroughly until fully blended.
02 - Cut each lumpia wrapper in half to create two rectangular pieces.
03 - Place 1 tablespoon of filling near one short edge of each wrapper half and shape into a small log.
04 - Fold the sides over the filling and roll tightly. Brush the edge with beaten egg to seal securely.
05 - Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for 3 minutes.
06 - Place lumpia bites in a single layer in the air fryer basket and lightly spray with oil.
07 - Air fry for 8 minutes until the underside turns golden.
08 - Flip the lumpia bites, spray lightly with oil again, and air fry for an additional 7 minutes until crisp and golden.
09 - Mix soy sauce, rice vinegar, sugar, and optional chili sauce together in a small bowl.
10 - Serve the lumpia bites hot alongside the dipping sauce.
