12 - 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

# Directions:
01 - Preheat the oven to 375°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - Whisk together flour, salt, baking powder, and dried herbs if using in a large bowl.
03 - Add cold cubed butter to the flour mixture and rub in until coarse crumbs form.
04 - Stir in cold water and olive oil until dough forms. Knead briefly on a floured surface until smooth.
05 - Roll dough to 1/8-inch thickness. Use a star-shaped cutter to cut out crackers.
06 - Place crackers on prepared baking sheet and prick each with a fork.
07 - Bake for 12 to 15 minutes until lightly golden and crisp. Let cool completely.
08 - Combine cream cheese, sour cream, chives, parsley, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until smooth.
