- 1 can (400 g) diced tomatoes
- 1 jalapeño, seeded and finely chopped (optional)
- 4 cups (1 liter) low-sodium chicken broth
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp taco seasoning (chili powder, cumin, paprika, oregano, garlic powder)
